NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) GOAL FOR FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROJECTS FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS FFY 2023‑2025

In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the Chesapeake Airport Authority announces and gives notice that the Chesapeake Regional Airport’s overall goal for DBE participation in USDOT-funded projects for federal fiscal years (FFY) 2023‑2025 is 8.58%. A copy of the Airport’s goal and rationale are available for inspection for 30 days from the date of this notice during normal business hours at the Office of the Airport Manager, which is at Chesapeake Regional Airport, 2800 Airport Drive, Chesapeake VA 23323.

The Chesapeake Airport Authority also hereby solicits public comment from any group or individual wishing to comment on the above DBE overall goal and rationale. Public comment will be accepted by the Airport Authority for 30 days from the date of this notice and should be submitted in writing to:
